We are proponents of the philosophy that quality begins in the vineyard. We obtain the best possible fruit and do our best to enhance its flavor and quality through the use of traditional winemaking techniques. We are fortunate to have access to the use of a modern winemaking facility at Midnight Cellars. We prefer to use the minimalist approach to making our wines and the use of traditional winemaking techniques combined with modern technology allow us to produce wines that express the flavors of the vineyard or terroir.
